What happens at this event?

These are just like our regular sauna sessions, with all the same benefits — the heat of the sauna, the refresh of the cold plunge, and moments to pause under the open sky — but offered on weekends when family life is present in our home.

In these sessions, the rhythm of family life and the warmth of sauna time gently co-exist. You’ll still be welcomed into our garden wellbeing space, but you might also hear the occasional sound of home life nearby.

We hold the intention to keep the atmosphere calm, grounded, and respectful, while allowing life to unfold…

FAQ's
What shall I bring with me?
We recommend each participant brings the following: - Swimwear - Towels x 2 (one for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying afterwards). - A dry robe, dressing gown, coat or warm layers for in-between sessions - Water bottle to stay hydrated - Flip-flops or non-slip footwear - A change of clothes if desired Please note, it is not recommended to wear jewellery or swimwear with metal fastenings in the sauna, as the metal can become very hot and may burn the skin.
Is sauna and cold immersion suitable for everyone?
For guests aged 16 and over, the option to combine sauna with cold plunge therapy is available. This powerful practice can offer many health benefits—but it’s important to listen to your body and stay within your limits. Please do not participate in cold plunge or sauna if you: Have a heart condition, high/low blood pressure, or any cardiovascular concerns without medical clearance. Are feeling unwell, feverish, or recovering from illness. Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Have open wounds, severe burns, or skin conditions sensitive to heat or cold. Are sensitive to extreme temperature shifts or have medical conditions that could be worsened by thermal therapy. If you're unsure whether sauna or cold exposure is right for you, please check in with your GP or healthcare provider first. Your safety and well-being come first.
What are the benefits of sauna and cold plunge therapy?

How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Will outdoor events still go ahead in bad weather?

Staying Safe & Well on the Farm
We are based on a working arable farm, there are times — just a few each year — when the surrounding fields are treated by the farmers. On these rare occasions, we temporarily close the space for a couple of days, to ensure that when you arrive, you are stepping into a truly safe and nourishing environment. We stay in communication with the farmers and plan our events to avoid treatment days whenever possible. Because treatments can sometimes be rescheduled at short notice (due to rain, wind, or crop timing), we may need to make a last-minute decision to close. If that ever happens: You will receive a full refund and also be offered a free rebooking as a thank you for your understanding Treatments generally happen just a few times a year, so this is a rare and well-managed occurrence. We take these decisions seriously, and always with your health and comfort in mind.
