A Space 2 Breathe | Family Rhythm & Vibe

A joyful, heart-opening class where parents and children come together to explore rhythm, movement, and sound as a way to connect, express, and play.

We’ll begin with an uplifting mixutre of drumming, percussion, and call-and-response — sparking creativity, coordination, and a shared pulse of togetherness. Then, we’ll explore music, movement and the breath, whilst having fun — creating space to reconnect, unwind, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

This session invites families to drop into the present moment, celebrate their unique beat!

Children under the age of one may attend this class free of charge.

What shall I bring with me?

Please bring a water bottle. We provide everything else you will need!

What shall I wear?

Loose fitting comfortable clothes allowing for movement.

Who is the class suitable for?

This is a family friendly session and is suitable for all. Adjustments can be made so that everyone can enjoy the session, including those requiring a seat or in a wheelchair. Please note, this class ends with a sound bath. Sound baths are not recommended during pregnancy, if you have a life- limiting condition, a pacemaker, suffer from seizures, or any sound sensitive condition. Please check before booking if you have any concerns regarding you or your children's health.

How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply go to Manage Booking at the bottom of your confirmation email. Please note we require 48 hours notice to cancel a booking.
